What owners love
- +60-inch IronForged fabricated deck with a reinforced 10-gauge edge
- +26 HP Kohler Pro 7000 engine with plenty of muscle for tall grass
- +4-year, 500-hour warranty that also covers commercial use
- +Backed by roughly 3,000 Toro dealers across the US and Canada
Worth knowing
- −This model skips the MyRIDE suspension, so the ride is firm
- −A 60-inch deck is too wide for tight or gated yards
- −Priced well above Toro's TimeCutter range
Our verdict
Toro Titan Max 60
The Titan Max is the machine you buy when your TimeCutter has run out of yard. You get a 60-inch IronForged deck, a 26 HP Kohler and a 4-year warranty that covers commercial use, which is rare on something sold at a big-box store. What you don't get on this version is the MyRIDE suspension, so the ride is firmer than Toro's comfort reputation might suggest. On big, mostly open acreage it earns its keep. On a tight or bumpy lot the wide deck and stiff seat both work against you.
