Our verdict
Bad Boy Rogue 61
The Rogue is Bad Boy throwing everything it has at ride quality, and it works. Independent front suspension and a patented 3-link rear give it possibly the smoothest ride of any zero-turn here, the quarter-inch fabricated deck is the heaviest-built in the class, and a 35 HP Kawasaki FX1000 never runs short of power. This is a commercial machine at a commercial price, and the warranty is only two years, which is the trade for that use-it-hard hardware. If you mow large, rough acreage and your body is tired of being beaten up, few machines answer better. A normal lawn will never need this much.
